When I first started Made4U, it was with a very clear idea in mind. How many dresses does the average person have to try on before finding something that really fits? If you are like me, then the answer is probably quite a few.

Anyway, what is average exactly? If you, like most others (including me) have something other than a perfect 10 shape, then you'll be used to all sorts of compromises.

"I love the garment, but.."
...Trouble is that style never looks right on me.
...It's just a bit too long for me.
...It's just the shade that's too dark.

...If only the sleeves were a little longer.
...I'd love it in this other fabric.    And so on...

And then again, if you're a little taller than normal, or a little shorter, or broader, in fact with any little idiosyncrasy, then you may struggle to find anything at all that fits, never mind whether you like it.
